Terms of Service
§ 1 scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between MS - Metallization Solutions GmbH and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods through our shop. Conditions that contradict or deviate from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. The contract language is German.
§ 2 conclusion of contract
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and wishes regarding the method of payment, delivery modalities, etc. Only when you click on the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also place a binding order by telephone or fax.
(3) The confirmation of receipt sent immediately by email or fax also declares acceptance of your offer and concludes the purchase contract. When ordering by telephone, the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.
§ 3 pricing
This non-binding offer is specifically intended for industry, trade, craft and trade. All prices are € net prices and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to only sell articles in commercial quantities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices for the items shown apply as described, but not for content, accessories or decoration.
§ 4 customer information
Storage of your order data Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) is saved by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also call up the terms and conditions on our website at any time after the conclusion of the contract.
Correction note You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order with the delete button. We will inform you about further correction options on the way through the ordering process. You can also completely end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 warranty
Statutory warranty rights exist for our goods. If there is a defect in the purchased item for which we are responsible, we are entitled, at our own discretion, to either remedy the defect or deliver a replacement.
§ 6 Commercial place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business if you are a merchant.
§ 7 Prior material testing
Before applying an effect paint or metallization master tools and materials, spray samples must be created to check the color tone and the mirroring process. Any complaints are reduced to a maximum of the purchase price
§ 8 Services
The customer must be aware that the system is a lacquer technology (plastic surface) that does not guarantee any galvanic properties. Under certain circumstances, inclusions of dust and varnish structures can appear, which cannot be regarded as a defect in the item.
§ 9 Work on customer objects and documentation (pictures and videos
MS - Metallization Solutions GmbH reserves the right to use the recordings (pictures and videos) made during processing for promotional purposes (homepage, brochures, Facebook, YouTube etc.). It is not the property that is advertised, only the working method and the finished work. Opposing agreements must be recorded in writing when the contract is concluded
§ 10 self-processors
Training / training video: During the training, the customer receives a processing description that is implemented in practice during the training. After the training, the customer is responsible for process security and its implementation. Technical advice, technical recommendations and other information are provided according to the current state of knowledge. However, they are non-binding and under the exclusion of any liability. They do not release the user from their own examinations and experiments!

The relevant safety-related characteristics of the safety data sheet must be observed. The application, use and processing of the products from MS - Metallization Solutions GmbH and the products manufactured on the basis of the application-technical recommendation by the customer are beyond the control of MS - Metallization Solutions GmbH and are therefore exclusively the responsibility of the customer. MS - Metallization Solutions GmbH assumes no warranty or guarantee or any other liability for the correctness and completeness of the above information and the application-technical recommendation
A guarantee on our part is excluded.
§11 changes
Changes in the design or technical developments of our products are possible.
